3. Use of Services

3.2. You must comply with all terms, policies, and guidelines of the social networks you interact with.
3.3. We are not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, or any other third-party platform.
3.4. You understand that results can vary and are not guaranteed.
4. Orders & Delivery
4.1. Once an order is placed and processing has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
4.2. It is your responsibility to provide correct links and information.
Incorrect or private links may result in delayed or incomplete delivery.
4.3. Estimated delivery speeds are approximations, not guarantees.
4.4. We do not guarantee engagement after service completion (likes/comments/views may fluctuate depending on platform updates or user activity).
5. Drops, Refills & Replacements
5.1. Some services include refill or replacement warranty. Relevant time frames will be shown on the service description.
5.2. Refill eligibility requires:
- The link remains public
- No username changes
- No conflicting services ordered
- Drop is within the warranty period
5.3. If a service does not include refill, EXOBOOSTX is not responsible for future drops.
6. Payments & Refunds
6.1. Payments are non-refundable.
6.2. Balance added to your account is non-withdrawable and can only be used for panel orders.
6.3. Refunds (in balance form) will only be issued if:
- An order fails to start, and
- The provider officially confirms cancellation
6.4. Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate account suspension.
7. Pricing & Availability
7.1. All prices are subject to change without notice based on provider supply.
7.2. We may disable, modify, or limit certain services at any time.
7.3. Large orders may require additional processing time.
8. Compliance & Risk
8.1. EXOBOOSTX is not responsible for:
- Loss of accounts
- Account bans
- Shadowbans
- Platform algorithm changes
8.2. You use our services at your own risk.
8.3. We do not guarantee that using our services complies with each platform’s policies.
9. API Terms
9.1. API access may not be abused, shared, or used to overload the system.
9.2. You are responsible for securing your API key.
9.3. misuse of the API may lead to suspension without notice.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use EXOBOOSTX for fraud, scams, impersonation, or illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass limits, or attack the system
- Resell services without testing them and confirming quality
- Place repeated orders on the same link using incompatible services
- Failure to comply may result in termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. EXOBOOSTX is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services.
11.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11.3. Maximum liability is limited to the balance remaining in your account.
12. Privacy

13. Termination
